I stumbled across this website just now; this guy seems to have access to a lot of special run Gibbys that I've never seen before. Worth a look, even if just to get ideas with which to pester Robert... Laughing

Yeah, I always wondered if Gibson ever applied the Custom aesthetic to the Flying V. The closest thing I ever saw before was Paul Stanley's custom LoBue, which is similar to the Gibson.



I finally saw a Gibson Custom V for the first time about 2 years ago at a blues exhibit in the Little Rock Airport. If I recall correctly, it was actually wine red and totally beautiful.
