I find Geckoburst to be a great color, almost like a lighter green/yellow dragonburst. But I think this is known as Caribbean burst to Carvin.

I just glanced at that. I will have to mess with it in depth tonight, but it is a good looking program!

Well, I really am awakening the old GAS here, getting the juices flowing. Check this out:

Gibson L-5S
It was a solidbody trimmed out like an archtop hollowbody L-5, very luxurious. Made in the '70s in limited numbers, pricey on the vintage market now, of course. This would be a very cool thing to clone in small batches. I like cherryburst with gold PAFs and the TP-6 fine tuner tailpiece myself...

I've found several variations on the dragon/gecko bursts... I like the lighter toned ones. Like this:

And I thought about the inlay work I would like with this...kinda complex but I think it would be cool to have a double helix running up/down my fret board

The guitar above is a Jaros custom guitar. (definitely not in my budget)

Those are some stunning guitars, phantom. That double helix thing is very cool, never seen that before. It would be nice to see if Robert could do it and for how much...

EDIT: I was playing with the Montag guitar site posted earlier and came up with this:

Geckoburst, abalone/black bound body and neck, ebony board. I like this type of burst more each time I see it. Idea

I like this one. It should have 24 frets, of course.

Wine Red Quilttop (low gloss), white singleply binding, PG delete, ebony fretboard, sharktooth inlays, FR trem

Been having fun with the Montag LP creator? Wow, I would seriously consider both of those guitars if they were in production. That second's color, it's like black cherry quilt.

I gotta start savin up some cash, or I'll have to sell some other guitars for these. Shocked Shocked Shocked

Just messing with Kisekae again and made this. Had to deviate from the LP vein and try something new. Mahogany body and neck, flametop, French polish finish, rosewood board.

EDIT: Yes, I just realized there is no toggle. Doh!

Glad you guys like my little creation there. As you can see, I like wraparounds a lot, and if Robert could make an LP exactly like that, or at least pretty dang close, I would buy it as my next axe (funds permitting, of course). I'd even pass up the traditional stuff that is my stock in trade in favor of that guitar.

LEFTY
335 style
birdseye maple top
mahogany body
natural finish
cream binding back and front
black trim
chrome hardware
ebony board
maple neck/mahogany neck (no real opinion, never had a magohany neck, i think id just go with whatever is cheaper...)

Ive been wanting a semi hollow, and have been inspired by the one jjegg just got on AGF
