Can anyone give me the specs for the v kit? I need to know if it is a set neck or bolt on. I also need to know where neck joins body at which fret. Thanx for your help.

Craig may have the answers for this. All I know is that they are black in color.

Well, there are complete V Customs like mine which are black and trimmed like an LP Custom. They are based on the '50s style V, with the better fret access than the '67 style. As far as the kits, I believe the necks are set in at the factory and are also '50s style.

The Flying V and Explorer kits are bolt on. The 18th fret is at the edge of the body the 19th lands on it.
