This is truly a very sad day, His playing made such a huge impact on me.
I am at a lost. I just can not believe he is gone.

Very prolific player - whether people realize it or not his music had influence on us all - either directly or indirectly, through his music with Thin Lizzy or his solo work - this mans genius touched us all.

Sad to see him go. So much good music written by the man.

Also, if you've never check out his collaboration with Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker (from Cream) check it out, it's called Bruce-Baker-Moore (BBM). Some really good stuff there.
