Thanks, I'll try that, would it work with the bridge studs instead of a bolt? _________________ Gear:

If they're long enough and the threaded section is long enough, probably, but it's a question of whether you can apply enough torque with it being just a slotted screw. Depends on how tight the insert is in the body... if it's too tight, that would be when a hex head bolt would come in handy... just check and see. _________________ ᛊᛈᚨᚱᚨ ᛟᚲᚢᚱ ᚠᚱᚨ ᚦᛖ ᛟᚠᛊᚨᛒᚱᛇᛞᛁ ᚨᚠ ᚦᛖ ᚾᛟᚱᚦᚢᚱ |

Alright, I'll try that, now to find some bolts that fit. _________________ Gear:

I've also seen where a smaller bolt is dropped into the sleeve upside down (head of the bolt at the bottom and threads pointing up.)
Then begin to thread the original bridge screw back in and the sleeve should rise out of the guitar body.
This works on the same principal as the method Craig had mentioned. Its basically choose the flavor of kool-aid you want.
As far as I can tell these are the only two methods that will leave your finish with little to no damage. _________________ When someone asks you if ya paid your dues, you just stare that big sucker right back in the eye, and you remember what ol' Jack Burton always says at a time like that: "Have ya paid your dues, Jack?" This is the method I used when changed the bridge to a Wilk roller bridge on my Olson 335. _________________ Newest addition: RMO ES-335 Custom Build

Well I still haven't decided on a color, but I going to start taking off the current finish some time this week, and I should have a decision on the color by then. I probably won't get around to refinishing it until after Chirstmas when I have some more money to spend on supplies. _________________ Gear:
