I'm selling my '98 Broadway. It's one of the good ones - Korean made, not the newer Chinese - in antique sunburst, which they don't offer anymore. I bought it new, it's virtually mint, all stock, babied all its life, flatwounds since new. Epi HSC included.

EDIT: I am looking for $600 + shipping, CONUS. I priced them used on CL and Ebay (for the older MIK models) and the going rate is mid/upper $600s, so this has become a smoking deal for the right buyer. And if you know anyone that might be interested, let me know. I'd really appreciate it.

Damn, wish I had money for that kind of thing right now, I didn't think you'd ever sell your beloved epi. Just curious, how much are you wanting to get for it?

Well, considering the new Chinese ones are going for around $900 online if you add the case, and this one is a near mint Samick-built Korean with case, I figure $700 is reasonable. Plus, it's a finish they don't offer anymore, which gives it a little more exclusivity.

And yes, it was a hard decision to sell it. If I had the cash to get another guitar without going that route, I probably wouldn't sell. But, I'm also limited on space, and to add another guitar in our little house would be tough. I had to be realistic also, and consider the fact that the Epi just isn't getting played as much as it should be. I guess it's just that my Black Beauty covers that warm, jazzy tone closely enough that I don't need two of them.

This Flying V Custom has been bugging me ever since I saw it, and I just want to get something really unique like this.

Plus, it will sorta make a cool theme in the collection if I can get a V decked out like my BB. Then maybe even later, an Explorer... Wink

One of nicest Jazz guitars out there! are you sure you want to part with it?
The person that buys it, will score big! Have you had any interests from anyone?

Actually the sale is pending right now. It was a hard decision, but it has to go to make room for another, and it wasn't getting the play that it deserves. Better for it to be where it can be enjoyed...

+1M. It's getting bad on my end. I don't even think lottery money would stop the gear lust.

Same here. Right now with the holidays and my own personal plans coming up no extra cash for gear - though my birthday is coming up so I'm looking into one of these cool looking acoustic/electric Gitano brand guitars:

See what I mean! IT NEVER ENDS!!!!! Shocked
