had one for 5 yrs and had a bad nut ,got it replaced and set up by a pro and man is this git awsome-pic ups are best ever and have played paf/s,its a olp mmi{eddie v } stlye unbelieveable and been on ebay and am going to get more they go 100-400 and are worth10 times that

Cool deal I've been eye'ing one thats been on craigslist for 225. Always wanted one or a similar body style...do you know what pick- ups are used?

Hmm every where I looked it just lists the pick ups as OLP Zebra pickups. So more than likely they Artec zebra pick ups (Artec makes a lot of inexpensive OEM pickups - including the Entwistle HV58 all of us like in our Olson guitars)

This is not necessarily a bad thing. below is a link to some zebra hv58s. Artec also has a zebra pickup under its Giovani line.

usually you can just search ebay for "Korean pickups" and you'll get a pretty good selection.

I've been eyeballing a set of these for a while....I just like the way they look:
They are going for 30 (with shipping) on ebay.

Those are very cool looking. They'd look good on a metal bodied guitar, maybe with some distressing on the covers... Cool
