Ronnie Dio - A great performer and down to earth (both in personality and stature) passed away this morning.
Any thoughts?...Im honestly speechless.

Very sad indeed... I am jamming to Heaven and Hell as I write this. Dio had one of the biggest most powerful voices in Metal history. He'll certainly be missed.

Admittedly, I've never listened much to his music but I understand and respect his legendary status in the world of rock 'n' roll. It's a shame to lose anyone in death, and the luminaries even more so because they touch the lives of so many people...

Even though Ozzy's great and Sabbath ain't Sabbath without him, Ronnie was an amazing singer and showman, and no other singer could or can compare...
