Hey everyone,
I posted a week or so ago about the guitar import startup that I am currently launching, Native Guitar Company. I am starting to get around to posting pictures, listing on eBay, etc. So, check out the below website (under construction) for updates, and also here is a link to photos that I will be posting today/tomorrow.
http://www.nativeguitar.com

Specs on these LP style guitars are as follows:
Body: Mahogany + Flamed Maple Top + Double Binding
Neck: Mahogany (set-in)
Fingerboard: Rosewood
Frets: 22F
Pickup: H-H
Controls: 2V-2T 3 way
Weight: 8.5 lbs
Hope you all like! At the time of this posting, I have put up pictures for the red flame and green flame. Also coming up this weekend are blue and natural flames.

Greg,
Are the flame tops veneer like the AL2k's? The green one is awesome! Congrats on the first batch. _________________ Newest addition: RMO ES-335 Custom Build

Yes, just the thin maple top, not a 3/4" cap or anything like that. That has been asked about in the past though but I need to focus on this shipment before diving deeper into that topic with the manufacturer.
Thanks for the congrats! _________________ Native Guitar Company

The LP's look great. Do you think you will deal in other body styles as well? _________________ When someone asks you if ya paid your dues, you just stare that big sucker right back in the eye, and you remember what ol' Jack Burton always says at a time like that: "Have ya paid your dues, Jack?" I definitely hope to get into other styles. I've been taking it slow for this first batch, and I'm really glad I did because I have learned a TON about importing... taxes, fees, obstacles, timing, you name it. Soon enough though, I'd love to offer a Tele-style, PRS, etc.
gmzanatta, what are you looking for in a Tele? _________________ Native Guitar Company

Nothing too fancy or complicated. I want it to look like the picture below. Rosewood (or ebony...if you could do ebony that would be AWESOME!) fretboard, painted headstock, 9.5" radius neck.
The color I think is Crimson Red (that's what Fender calls it) and the finish is transparent (although solid would be just as good). Three ply B-W-B pickguard, two single coil Alnico V pups.
If you can do this for me, it would be incredible. I've been wanting one of these for months, just don't have the $2000 required. I'd be willing to be your first custom guinea pig too
EDIT: I forgot to add that these are made from mahogany instead of the usual ash. So yeah, mahogany body.
EDIT 2: Goddamn it...forgot to add that the neck is maple... _________________ Newest addition: RMO ES-335 Custom Build

The cherry LP is gorgeous. I've been mulling over what will be my next guitar and I definitely want a nice deep red quilt-top LP. Are you planning to offer a lot of custom options later on? _________________ ᛊᛈᚨᚱᚨ ᛟᚲᚢᚱ ᚠᚱᚨ ᚦᛖ ᛟᚠᛊᚨᛒᚱᛇᛞᛁ ᚨᚠ ᚦᛖ ᚾᛟᚱᚦᚢᚱ |

I still have all 4 colors (nat flame, blue flame, green flame, dark cherry flame) available. Stayed up late last night working on the website and then hopefully will take some better pictures this weekend than what I had before. If interested, either let me know or just stay tuned the next few days for the ecommerce site to become fully functional! _________________ Native Guitar Company

Thanks! I had one up before and hated the system I used, so I decided to start from scratch. I think this one is more appealing and much closer to what I envisioned in the beginning. _________________ Native Guitar Company

The website is looking pretty good. My brother does this kind of stuff and if you'd like I can send you his e-mail. _________________ Newest addition: RMO ES-335 Custom Build

I also work with websites if you have any questions or need any help. _________________ When someone asks you if ya paid your dues, you just stare that big sucker right back in the eye, and you remember what ol' Jack Burton always says at a time like that: "Have ya paid your dues, Jack?" Thanks guys, I'll definitely let you know if I need some help. In the meantime, I have 3/4 of the colors I have in stock up on the website, which should be fully functional at this point. I should have the dark cherry flame up by Monday as well.
